Las Noticias de enero

28 enero 2008:  ¡Bienvenidos a la clase de español 101A!  Take the time to explore this webpage to see what tools are available to you!  You can always find the homework posted on the Quia Online Activities Page, the class topics and activities posted on El Horario (the syllabus or schedule) page.  There are grammar explanations with examples in English and Spanish in the Grammar Notes page.  You can find Study Abroad opportunities, Cultural information, Spanish language sites, and other resources on the  More Sites on the Web page.  There are Study Hints posted that are suggestions previous students have made, and Helpful Books which are popular resources.
  • There is an increasing demand for the Spanish 101A  courses which is generating large wait-lists. Because of these wait-lists, students who do not attend:
    • the First day of class,
    • or who miss one or two consecutive class days after the first day of classes,
Will Be Dropped so that students on the wait-list can add the course.
The proper Course Code for the Spring 2008 On-line Dicho Y Hecho Homework is JGNKX848

REMINDER: YOU WILL NOT PASS THIS CLASS IF YOU HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL OF THE LABORATORY MANUAL EXERCISES AS ASSIGNED. THIS IS A TRANSFER AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT.

NO LATE WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Click here to review the Lab statement (summarizing the syllabus requirements) which each student has signed

  • Please note that due dates in the online lab & workbook assignments are terminal end dates for accessing these activities. They do NOT indicate the date that you should begin these exercises! Pace yourself accordingly.
    • Always bring your text to class!
